It could be tvn 16:9. 2nd audio is AC-3. It suggests that this is that channel.
On Polish DVB-T tvn is in 16:9 version, so this feed could be for cable networks. Maybe tvn will be replaced by tvn 16:9 on Polish digital platforms.

CAID is for N and cable networks.
