Default motor help

hi there i just my motor set up and am picking up sats from 45e to 5e but cant get anything on 1w or after that i no i can recieve 1w as ive had it before on a fixed dish septup. i was wondering if it cud be the lnb needs adjusted abit anyhelp would be great cheers

Your not tracking the Arc correctly. I would check your install, making sure the pole is plumb and that the elevation is set correctly on the motor.

DiSEqC motor installation guides.

You can't be far out to be tracking the arc even partially

A few things to check in addition.

Motor inclination
Dish is centre on motor shaft
Drive to reference satellite via usals before alignment
Have entered correct Longitude/Lat into usals software

Where are you mate. Did you set the dish up on your due south satellite?

For most of the UK the due south sat is 1w or 5w
