People are shooting all sorts of things on their cell phones. The TV station in my area had a story where a fight was recorded on a cell phone... Do you ever record video using your cell? Would you record a crime if you saw one?

I think video capability in a cellphone is one of the cool functions most users look for. There was a time when we didn't bring a video recorder at this function and so my Dad used instead his mobile phone to capture the events. I don't think he has transferred the video yet to a computer, but that is also done regularly. Very neat, especially since the resolution is not bad at all.
As to capturing a crime on video with a mobile phone... lucky for me I didn't have to do anything like that. |

If you want to make a video, use a video camera. If you want to make a phone call, use a phone. There's no real point in having the two together, because then you compromise one (or both functions). It can come in handy, but I'd avoid them, because they're pretty crap.
