I do not have a tel line connected to my Sky HD+ Box. If I activate Remote Record will Sky be able to send the request to the box ? How does this work ? Thanks.

Should do - the instructions are sent via satellite not the phone line!

You will need to ring them up and ask them to pair the card with the box.
