Default No transponder signal.

Hi There. As a complete newbie I've managed to find the Hotbird 8 sattelite but unfortunately the one transponder that I wanted is the only one which I can't get a signal on. It is 11727V and has TVei on it. Am I doing something wrong? Or am I not aligned correctly?

What receiver are you using?
before you jump up the ladder to tweak the LNB it might be worth double checking that you have all the correct settings for that tp. If so, and it is still not working then try deleting the tp and adding it again 11.727V
sr: 27500 3/4 then rescan.
regards

Also make sure you are actually pointing at 13E! List half a dozen or so of the channels you are getting ansd we can tell where your dish is pointing.
