the channels you have lost are fta can you not do a scan to rertieve channels have you still got premium channels - oh and welcome to techwatch. most ppl say hello before posting help !__________________

i got the same issue as the OP.
Bbc channels were on 570750 but hey are gone and show no signal on that frequency.
doing a reset as i type.
