got 2 pace ditv 2000`s i found in the garage from ages ago and have a ntl blue card inside them

what areas can they work in? and how do i get the bk?

as i guess cant jtag to them like a pace 4000?

i lift the atts on them /but i have seen some voltmeter method in down loads // it wil work in cw /tw but the image i have is a tw one ////but they roll in both networks mate
