do a brute force, but no more then 1-2mins. more than that will get you busted. the brute force basically uses your own mac to find similar one from your area..without bruteforce you just have to give it time to cycle around till it gets to your area.

id give you my list but its area specific.

enter your own mac address, then click on the little arrow on the right hand side of the discover button, check the bruteforce option (tick it), then go ahead and click discover. Very dangerous so dont do longer then 1-2mins. i did it for 20sec only just to be sure.

as long as you get enough to work with, dont search longer then you have to. dont be greedy and get carried away.

i saved my macs as a txt (auto), but i had selected bootfile too..not sure where these would have been saved??

bootfile gets saved a long side with the mac in the text file. Its really just your config, Macs that come up with configs tend to be the ones that work.

I presume you didn't bother to read the information that tells you why you really shouldn't do this for more than a minute or so at any one time and preferable no more than 4-5 times a day !

This kind of stuff really screws the network. Is it any wonder that VM are forced into making changes when people just do bad stuff without bothering about the consequences !

Thats probably because VM have disabled the ability in your area because of too many people doing it for extended periods of time and causing havoc !
