i had a blue 250 that was given to me about 6 years ago, it was n*l and was a subbed modem that was cut off then mysteriously reconnected, now this modem has never been played with, the modem has been online providing 2mb for all this time, i lent it to a mate about 2 weeks ago. now this would be the second modem in a shared house, it was ok apart from the other person claiming line speed drops with both modems running, but now has been switched off with log saying network access denied and forwarding denied. my question is if the other person who is a cnut rang virmin and gave them the mac claiming no one was paying the bill on it would they cut it off? i think this is what may have happened as its been on all this time and now just goes offline.

Think vm may have been may purging old macs, had a subbed replacement sent ages ago and the old modem was still working until this week
