RECENTLY GOT A EUROVOX EX1000SL AND TRYING TO DOWNLOAD FIRMWEAR FOR IT NOT HAVING MUCH LUCK.ALL NEW TO ME HELP PLEASE NOT SURE WHAT AM DOING

If you really haven't a clue,it can be a bit difficult as all of us know,we had to do it once upon a time and have been through it all...and we all feel that more confident once we have done it,but its not always easy if you are not tech minded ...

Do a Google search for BigMAQ toolbar and down load it

on that you will see updates and fixes,click on that and then on Eurovox fixes,then on Eurovox 1000 use one of the top 3 in that list,preferably the latest date and download it onto your computer as per the link in the post above ....

every now and again you may have to update, but with whats happned today in teesside area no you dont need to use new firmware.. read ur pm
