hi guys

i've done a factory reset and then a power search after the channels went off this morning, but when i've been re-sorting my channels into the order they were before, i've noticed that E4, E4+1, Film4, Film4+1, ESPN America and LiverpoolTV have not appeared, i did another power search but these channels have not been found. I haven't noticed any other channels missing.

Could anyone point me in the direction of installing these channels manually please ?

You could do with finding someone in your area who has the channels that you're missing and ask them what frequency these channels are on. Then just manually edit the frequency details, then rescan that channel alone. That should then just leave you needing to re-sort your channels into your favourites.

What is the new frequency for sky sports in hartlepool?

Cant scan as will lose all channels and my ex7000hd is a pain to get working again

thanks everyone for the help

i've added the 163.000 frequency as channel 35 and i have the auto, manual, CH edit & power search options available, i've clicked on the blue button option of manual search but nothing happens, do i click the red button option of auto search ?

If i auto search will it erase my channels that i've re-sorted today ?
