it depends on which firmware you have on your box
if you have the autosort firmware then you will have to turn autosort off first, if you have the nosort firmware then it will be OK

Menu / Installation / Fast Install and press OK (enter pin)
Now press the red button on the remote for advanced install
Scroll down the options and turn Fav Sort off (if you have the nosort firmware this option is not there, it is already turned off)
Press Exit on the remote control (not OK or favs will go back to default order) and the frequency screen appears
Scroll to the frequency you want and press OK on the remote to put a tick next to it
Press the Blue Button on the remote to do a manual scan of that frequency

i seem to have gor it up and running again

did factory reset
auto scan
re inserted keys
it appears alll sports channels are on again

Hi Everyone my Eurovox has lost BBC1 BBC2 CHANNEL5 SOME SKY SPORT SKY 2 + 3 is this the end for my area
