Default BBC Channels & Adult Channels - Teesside

Hi all.
Does anyone know the new Frequencies for the BBC channels and Adult channels?
I've managed to get Sky Sports & E4 etc back, just need the frequencies for these two.

Any help much appreciated.

I promise you i have used the search button but there are so many eurovox's out there it makes me even more confused.

I am now doing the system default thing and then a deep scan in the hope that will work.

Its hard when you only know a little bit about something and are worried in case you make things worse.
