hello.I have got a virgin media box with a fun card ,the channels have stopped working ,I have updated the card using fun programmer.It now works,but i was thinking about the talk back of the decoder. The pcb board inside has not been touch(if i have looked correctly).Do i need to disable talk back, please help.

You don't need to but it is advised to do so. You're not using a 50dB noise blocker are you? If you are, there's no need to cut talkback as this has the same effect.

Are you on the new VM software? If so, boot the box, press settings the remote, go to technical stuff and see what it says under DHCP Status. If it says Return Path: Off, talkback has been cut, if it says on, talkback is still enabled.
