Hi, basically trying to redo a mates samsung 2100c he got hold of. Basically when i read the smart card i seem to be gettin a correct box key but the ird is jus 77 77 77 77. Is there any other way for me to get this, as all i have is a infinity usb card reader.

The IRD can be read by opening the case and looking on top of the Scart socket. Usually a sticker on top will have this info. Otherwise, go into eng menu and convert the nagra serial code using a HEX calculator in windows.

Hi, thanks for the help, but ive got hold of a pogo tag kit, ive got another 2100c to do.... The card seems to be locked so reading the noobs 2100c i know where to hold the pins ect but i cant get box key extractor to work within windows 7 it just says no driver found mac_mot.sys another other software i can use to jtag this box?

Have you tried clicking on tools then jtag.....then jtag driver (it says xp/2000/nt, never tried 7)open the file folder on the driver and click mac mot.
on the middle box click start, it then should say mac mot running.
