We are in different areas and I am on a different symbol rate to you so we need to be aware of that ..I just checked my Box and its working ok ...you know of course that Nagra 3 is being applied all over the uk in stages and no~one knows who is going to be next in line ...once that applies nothing can be done for the forseeable future anyway ....this scan might give us some sort of a clue as to whats going on ...

This is not good news obviously ...now then if you are not a Virgin subscriber then it might be that Virgin has removed your feed to use for someone else,if you are a subscriber you could check their box to see if you got their pictures ...
it might be that Nagra3 has come into operation for you but we shant know that till the new day dawns .... It could be that all Virgin network is down in your area but nothing is shown on their status page at the moment .... The only thing I can suggest at the moment is that you try again with your other box to see if the result is the same,or even using a different symbol rate (6952) we are clutching at straws really but its worth it ... |

6952 dunno if it's worth trying really lol? And will maybe get same result on my ex5000 i suppose...

I take it that both these boxes worked ok before ? if they did then its pretty obvious you are getting no signals any more and that is down to what is posted in the post above ...the only other possibilty is that one of your connections have come adrift somewhere perhaps ? it doesn't take much to lose signals on these boxes ....
