Eurovox not working anymore!!!

Hi, i have to eurovox boxes at my house both have stopped working, Had messages like please wait, code being updated.And even at times some other dodgy error messages will pop up like no audio/video etc. Does anyone know what could go wrong here? i have black eurovox and the grey one.

same problem here my eurovox hd 700 has just gone looks like ntl have scrambled the channels again. not sure what to do now ...any ideas all channels have gone tried resetting to factory settings do i need to reload the tbn flie again and then do a full seach

u will need a new fix as they have all been changed over to 3.7 software eg vm try bigmaq toolbar or here for a new fix for your correct box, eg eurovox max blue... etc

Many Thanks for that ...I am presently trying a rescan after setting the freq to 6887 if that does not work will try your suggestion many thanks for your assistance

Just to let you know that doing a factory reset and setting freq to 6887 and then doing a full scan has worked.

Is that same for all the boxes? i have the grey one...and black one the one can record stuff lol. If you know what i mean!
