I've read that there are 280 XBLA games available. Where can I find a complete pack of them?

There are far more then that mate, only place I know to get DLC and XBLA is usenet

I use GamesTorrents but they are all individual games. I want to download a pack of them so that i'm not searching around for different ones.

Im guessing these need a jtaged box to play full versions of?

You guessed correctly. These games will not work on a stock console (not the full versions anyway, unless you bought them).
