Default Lost all Channels in Luton area

I use a FTA101 box (earlier version of Starview) with NTL in the Luton area.

Last night I lost all my channels - including the free ones.

Is this the Nagra 3 update I have read about on the web?

Is there anything I can do? Is it worth deleting all channels and rescanning?

I did see a file to download CryptHexNTL7 is this right for my box?

first check if emu is on, then press default then exit, exit. but you can rescan after that if no joy. so might be problem with vermin themselves. do you have a legit box as well? to check this. also connect your cable straight to tv to check if feed is live...

Not sure what emu is on my box?

OK I deleted all my channels on my FTA101 and did a full rescan.

Got loads of channels back - so I thought I was OK.

Choosing free channels seem to be fine eg. BBC1, BBC2 etc.

However, as soon as I chose a non free channel eg. Dave, Boomerang etc my box locked up (froze). I couldn't even retune to the free channels.

I then had to delete all the channels again and rescanned. I have now deleted all the non-free channels and seem to be OK with the free ones. This will have to do for now.

This is the only thing I have found so far:-

Nagra 3 Coming Soon -

however, I have no idea if it is the right file for my FTA101 box. Anyone know anything about this - the page has no information about the file.

Channels went off a few times last night in luton, all working ok now, must have been a problem there end.
If your box is still off you need 3.7 fix.

Where do I find this 3.7 fix - also is it only for a Starview as I have an old FTA101 ?

i was getting 372 channels before signal went. sub box still worked fine. now my box working again but with only 244 channels (most duplicate and random channels gone), but now i dont have ppv!! thats all i wanted. is that because ppv not being aired at the moment in the signal?
