scarmbled channels onex 5100

all channels are scrambled on my ex5100 pvr how do i unlock them

ALSO, you'd need to supply more info if you want definite responses in good time.

Are you saying its a new box and you don't know how to unscramble channels? Or have some channels just stopped working?
