@big ale lad are you certain the installer hasnt removed your splitter from the box outside as its common practice to disconnect unused outlets especially if your not subbed to tv, dont know if you are or not but if your not double check.

I have known a lot of problems with Eurovox boxes needing a really strong signal in my area (Teesside). Whereas the Starviews boxes work fine on same connection. That would seem to be the problem to me.

Why not try disconnecting your modem see if you get a signal to your ev.

i will try this when its light, but as per my previous thread my father in laws has gone at the same time with the same problem.
