Commen problem with Vista I'm afriad it's terrible and even M$ have accepted that and relased windows 7 early... Not sure what the driver is for but its unlikely one will be written for it now Billy boy has us in a barrel time to upgrade OS maybe? Windows 7 is far better then Vista but agreed its a **** off

what model of computer are you using (is it HP)

you say you have windows 7 installed, see if there is a driver in there.
when you go to to install the driver point it to your Windows/System32/drivers folder in your windows 7 partition.

Go to control panel , administrative tools, servies, check to see if your component is listed here, if so, make sure it is set to automatic.
