Default Cant get Mobile Partner to work

i have a E1550 i tryed using Mobile Partner its says its connected but i can get online am i not doing something, heres wat i did i uninstalled 3 own connect manager open Mobile Partner goto Tools-options-profile management ..APN. three.co.uk ..Access num *99# ... guest guest and thats it, even if i click on call n try to make 1 it just says failed but i dont even no if u can mke calls like and i put the 217.64.228.209 into internet explorer have i left somefing out.

i tryed it with it installed and with only the drivers of the dongle installed i even tryed another dongle n still nojoy, so is what im doin right
