Hi i hope you can help me please.

I have just bought a Eurovox Ex1000 sl.
When i plug it into my computer it is not seen.
I have switch my eurovox off plugged it in using a An 'RS232 NULL Modem' cable and nothing has happened.
I have tried this on my other computer also.
Any idea anyone?

faulty rs232 port m8 i had 1 and just sent it back to were i got it

no got it from eurovox.org.
