Hi,

Tried to work out what went wrong?

Basically sammy was working fine until last nite someone removed the card and left the box on. Came back and found the card and put it back in and reset it from the back, all that happens now is that it reboots to ap53 stays on virgin media logo and few minutes later comes with basic fre channels, have re-done card aswell, and a message pops up please insert smart card properly or call ntl. Any ideas whats gone wrong PS in the morning the box did take some update in purple writing when i rebooted it is this the casue? Any ideas have checked on forum and tried removing the card and putting it in after boot no luck.

CANT YOU UPDATE TO 3.7 ....IF ITS A SAMMY 2100 ....I HAVE ONE WORKING ON 3,7 IN EX CW

CHECK YA NET ID IS RIGHT ON THE BOX

ok so i need to check what software its on first on eng menu? then if its updated to 3.7 i need to update the software? Is it fairly easy to do willl search for this now
