anybody know what has happened to him? always such a good service, prompt replies to e-mails but nothing now for about a month...the site seems to be still up and running though

I mailed him over 4 times last month regards purchasing over 10 items.
Never even received a reply, decided best to spend my £ elsewhere with that type of service.

Mine might have been an isolated case but surely they can respond to E-mails within 4 weeks.
Must be doing okay if they can afford to turn business down !
