Hi guys, I have a Eurovox Max V, I am from Leicester and my provider is 5401. I have turned my box on today and no channels are working and on screen I get a message saying 'SERVICE UNKNOWN'. Can anybody help me fix this problem? Thank you.

try pushin in yer main feed into the box

Just performed a factory reset and everything seems to be ok, thanks mate!

There seems to be a lot of instances of this problem in different parts of the country in the last few days,don't know for sure but probably down to frequency changes ...most people have got them back though by doing the same as you,so all's well that ends well
