hi there
a question for the techos. if you can help please.

stb when off yesterday. came u saying wrong card inserted.

on checking the engineers menu there is no nagra ird serial code.

and it says card not paired. i have redone the card also done another card just to be sure, still the same.

any ideas ??

if you looking for ur ird u can get it from at the back of ur box, or if you open it up it should be on the to of the scart.

how to convert numbers at the back to IRD

take the 10 digit numbers at the back of the box and put the on ur pc's calculator (in scientific mode) and click HEX, that will give you ur ird starting with 3E

im not looking for my ird. the stb was working fine all chans on and working.
but it updated and said i was using the wrong card.

when i checked my eng menu it did not show it.

now my card is not paired !

now my second box has done the same.....arrrrrg
updated and then saying i have the wrong card.

anyone knows whats going on ???

yes again not searched mate have you?, ur box is prob on 3.7 now and ur card needs to have the fix added

its the flash you need to swap the bk ird and image (ext eep) will be fine

i relalise it is now the 3.7 or nagra3 update thats caused me this problem sorry again guys.dont mean to be waisting anyones time.
i have tried the new flash and a fun card for excw but that dose not work either. hmmm
still shows in eng menu card not paired.

(unless i now need to redo the netid for some reason)

i just need to find the working fun fix now

already tried the shani fun fix did not work for me.

just had to replace the cam id

used the new flash for fun cards

and its now up and running All OK now

so if anyone is getting wrong card like i was check out your cam id
