Hey Guys

Wondering if you could help? Has the codes updated today? I seem have lost all my channels? I've done a factory reset and no re-scan with no success..

Hi Guys, I have progressively lost channels over last couple of weeks.... any ideas? I have none left now... even free to air !! I have only had to update keys infrequently from Deja Vu.. and has worked fine until now... do we need a new down load? Cant find an update anywhere? Help please x

yep,virgin have been working in your area overnight.upgrading there systems for the future switch over.
basically you need to do a factory reset and fresh install on your system.
Also i would advice that you update your firmware to the latest for the SV 4,which is 1.12 because a lower version(1.07) will not pick up all the transponders you will need to get all channels.
