hi there lost some channels the other day as many people have , the only problem is when i have tried to rescan the remote wont let me after reading a few posts i think i have a dodgey box and i am doomed with the same channels i have now till the nagra 3 wipes it all off for ever , any advice would be great i know the remotes are cheap as chips on flee bay ...............andy

Hi Andy, did you re-flash? If I remember rightly one of the firmware upgrades rendered the remote useless but can be recovered by re-flashing the correct firmware?
