I was looking forward to boxing on sky sports 1 but the channel was not on nomore, along wiv movie premiere n few others. looking back i wish i didnt try to sort my box out myself (as i dont have a clue) but i cudnt help myself, but in the prosess wiped all channels off, ive managed to get 85% back on but ive also got BBC and ITV a millions times on my favorites, any HELP! would be great, thanks

simply delete unwanted channels

Do a factory reset,delete all channels and do a deep scan,that should sort things out hopefully ....
