Hi Guys, Thanks for viewing my mail. Good to meet you all. Hope you can help. I lost some of my movie channels today and read through a lot of the posts to see what everyone else had done. I have the Eurovox 2, it may be the Max, not sure what the difference is. It's about 3 years old. I have cleared the data, then done a factory reset, followed by a power scan. Unfortunately, this removed all my channels even the few hundred I already had. In April 2008 I downloaded the latest software and am beginning to think because I did a fastory reset, it has removed that software which is causing the problem. What should I do please?

when you did a factory reset did you adjust the symbol rating for your area 6.952 or 6.887 if you didnt try that first
