my eurovox 2008 is freezing and crackling i did factory reset full power scan still the same tryed box in another room/tv and still the same can anyone help it's driving me mad

Sounds very much like a connector problem somewhere,best way to find that out is to connect your box directly to the incoming cable to your house,then to the tv,if it then works ok you will have to check all your connectors,if it doesn't then the problem is with the feed cable and you will need to contact your cable provider to get it checked out ...are the pictures from your cable set top box ok? ....
