I have a very confusing one at the moment. My customer parked their car on double yellows with no tax (silly boy) and got his car towed away
When he went to collect the car the subcontractor had bypassed the keypad and cut a new key so he could drive it away. Trouble is since getting it back it has developed lots of problems. 1) The radio has lost its permenant live and now is ignition switched so keeps losing its stored channels. 2) The central locking has lost its permenant feed and the central locking only works with the key in the ignition and switched on:ermm: 3)The ir reciever for the remote central locking has also lost its permenant live so the remote doesnt work. 4) When you switch the ignition on the green light comes on the keypad staright away so you dont need to enter the code. I have had a good look around the areas I would naturally think to look to see if they have modified the wiring in any way, but I can see nothing they would have done. I have checked around the ignition switch, the keypad, the central locking control module the fuse board, the coded anti start relay etc but I cant see any modified wiring The sticker on the side of the keypad over the joint is still intact so they have not read or modified the code in the keypad micro (unless by diagnostic socket).Does anyone have any ideas from experience or better still a decent (well better than the one in haynes) wiring diagram?

Its the Lucas/Delphi pump with the smart solonoid which has not been tampered with - nor has the coded anti start relay by the battery. All fuses are present and correct as are all feeds in to the fuse board - this was the first thing I checked as you say I have seen plenty of this before, fuses magicly disintgrating. If you feed the terminal on the keypad which should be a terminal 30 feed (but is now a terminal 15 feed) permenantly it all works OK but when you switch the ignition off the engine continues to run. I am guessing they have removed and bridged a relay or cut and connected 2 wires which should not be connected. I am trying to convince someone on another forum who has the wiring info that I am legit and not just about to use his info to go stealing! If I can get that info it should be childsplay.

No worries mate, thanks for looking. I have managed to convince the bloke on the other forum that I am legit, but now he is asking that I join the Peugeot owners club, and advertise my business in their news letter before he will send the diagram. I have submitted a form requesting membership, but I dont hold out much hope as I dont own a Peugeot!!
