Default Storing Digitals

Do you print all of your digitals and store them like you did film pictures, or do you store all of your pictures digitally, and only print the ones you want to display/ give out.

We only print the ones we want to put in the photoalbums, but we don't delete the older pics - they just stay on the PC.

Cool Re: Storing Digitals

We keep most of ours on the computer, but that's probably not the best idea since we've already lost them all once. You think I would have learned by now.

I don't think I've ever printed a digital picture off. I keep them on my PC and on cds.

Only print the ones I want and I always save them. It is like having a photo negative that never goes bad so it’s great for long lasting pictures.

I usually just put the all on the computer and print out the ones that I want or that someone else might want.
Of course there was a time in which I didn't transfer the pictures right and went ahead and deleted them from the memory stick. Went back on my computer to look through the pics and they weren't there. Don't know what I did wrong, lol. But that's only happened once.

We most often store the digital pictures in the computer and make a second copy on a CD so we can delete those stored on the computer anytime. It is also a nice back up method since there was a time when we had to reformat the computer and the person who did it didn't bother making a back up!

I need to learn to back mine up on disk as well. I keep them all on the PC but I have lost them all once and was devastated.

I need to make some Cds of photos so that I don't lose them if anything ever happens.

I print the ones I want for scrapbooking as I need them.
