Hi,

My EX1100 was working fine, then I unplugged it and took out the aerial so I could install my new TV. Since then all the menus come up (EPG etc) but all of the channels are black. I have tried changing the aerial but I get the same problem. Tried reinstalling, but nothing seems to work.

Was wondering whether you guys could help. Or could tell me if Nottingham has been hit?

Nottingham is fine, or at least the outskirts are where I am.

Have you put the aerial lead back in the right uotlet on the back of the box? My friend moved hers and did exactly that, put it in the right place and it was fine.

Aaaah I have sorted it, deleted all channels, done a factory reset and its fine. Cheers anyway though mate!
