Hi

I got my N3 card today in post at the top of the letter it says the serial code for my original box and i lost the original box and been using a different pace box would the card pair up with the current box or is it only on the original box.

And another question when you cancel your tv subscription do they come collect your equipment ie the box

yes they come and get ur box, if a old old one may tell u to bin it (heard in some cases) also if you tell them u lost old box, you will be billed for it. Used to be £250

no it wont pair to new box

how do you 'loose' a box? its not like you put it in your wallet and it fell out when you were paying for your milk

a lor of people G when moving from say scotland to brighton, used to say " i didnt bring it with me " or it was lost in the move

yeah, but they were telling lies so they could have it modded. they didnt 'loose' it

a lot of people seem to forget that any virgin equipment in your home is only leased and virgin can at any time request it back. if they do and you can not give it back you could be billed £250 for the box and the same again for the card.
saying that however most of the time they dont bother asking for it back but they always hold the legal option to do so.

yep and when i did install collections was £250 a box and £120 a modem and £75 a card if lost
