tftp timeout help please

ok guys here it goes again, iv read all links that people are sending me too which im greatfull for but none help me.

im trtyin to flash an original ambit 250, when i enter 192.168.100.1 it shows that im on software version 2.94.1010 and Boot Code Version : 2.1.6d but when i start tftp server but when i start hyperterminal or putty, i enter all the details but when i paste in the haxowarerev1139.bin file when asked it just times out, how can i stop this?

well how i do it is:

a make a folder and put in it the tftpd32.exe program and the fullflash.bin

then i go to my ethernet card and change settings to 192.168.100.10 and 255.255.255.0 and save.

Now i go back to the folder with tftpd32.exe in it and run it..now if you run hyperterminal and do the downloading thing

you put in the 192.168.100.10 then file to load is fullflash.bin and save to sector "0" and with luck,job done.

heres what im doing step by step and still failing..

set computers ip to 192.168.100.10, sub to 255.255.255.0 and gateway 192.168.100.1
i start tftp32 with all files in its folder, plug ethernet it and then max232, do the settings in hyperterminal 115200 8 N 1 None, power up modem press p, i then enter 192.168.100.1 then enter and again and again and again then press D, enter 192.168.100.10 then enter fullflash.bin, then i just get tftp timed out (scrolling down) then asked if i want to save it to flash..

really pissin me off now, i dont know whats going on.. and aslo iv noticed.. when i start hyperterminal, when its asks for my ip adress, instead of it saying Board ip: 0.0.0.0 it says [192.168.100.1]: <--- then i after enter it again next too it

just in case it has not been mentioned you have turned off your firewall and any anti virus software havent you ?

the ambit 250 im trying to flash is 100% all genuine, flash has never been removed or pre flashed, software version is 1010 so i cant use unlocker as thats for 1014 n all softjtags dont work as i get connection established then an error..
