The Spiderbox comes with paid access to a premium CS server to open many non-UK channels, including channels carrying Soccer.

You can also use a linux box like a Dreambox or similar, even a few non-linux boxes like the Starview HD Combo+ and look for a premium server yourself. There are some good servers, some bad servers and some well dodgy servers. I would suggest googling cardshare forums and looking for recommendations.
