Hi guys not sure how to post in the right area
Just lost all premium channels on Eurovox, (sky sports & movies) it says "insert smart card" on screen, all the freeview channels are still working, have done a rescan but still the same VM have sent new smart cards to customers in this area (watford, herts.) could this have anything to do with it? any help to get this sorted would be much appriciated.
