Do you mean you have recieved a new card for your set top box and put it in and now its not working ? if so just unplug the samsung from the wall then plug it back in again after about a minute ....it should reset itself and start to work ....if it doesn't then you need to phone your cable supplier ...

Your funcard will be ok with new image installed (shani 3.7 flash).. no need for a mosc (red virgin card) at this late stage in the game... imho.

The way I see it,is that Virgin are after the freeloaders,ie people who dont pay subscriptions to them ...they are doing that by issuing new cards to subscribers,if you dont subscribe you dont get a new card, simple ....in the very near future the signal coming down all cable feeds will need to see a new card,if it doesn't then nothing will display on your tv,no matter what, you either subscribe or you are dead as regards to tv ...its quite obvious when you think about it,Virgin could not allow this situation to go on,they would have gone out of business ...

Far too many people jumped on the bandwagon, with no thoughts at all of even taking out a basic subscription,at the end of the day these are the ones who have caused Virgin to do this,so everyone suffers ....
