Been having problems with my internet for a few days now, it works for a while then it just stops, firefox gets stuck on waiting, ps3 wont sign in and my phone don't work either. Revolting it doesn't seem to do anything!! Any ideas? Thanks |

Call them in the mornings-between 9am and 5pm. This is the time that you would normally get through to a British call centre. At least I have found this to be so. Or if you say you want to leave, you're put through to the Scottish or so Im led to believe
Your choice. Your screwed either way, unless you can get through to an English call centre. Before calling them, try replacing splitters. I called VM to arrange for an engineer to arrive. They didnt come at first, until I chased them up. They then finally arrived(late) and just swapped a splitter for a new one. Its worth the £2 to avoid calling them and listening to Indian customer support(unless you can get through to a British one)
