Powergen are giving away two free 11w (60w) and two free 8w (40w) low energy light bulbs:

Council Tax Benefit ( I said this one as I'm a student and get a (considerable!!!) discount on my council tax bill...... )

This could save you up to £80 based on replacing two 60w and two 40w traditional lightbulbs used for an average of five hours per day and an electricity cost of 8.56p/kWh. Saving is based on 6,000 hours which is the lifetime of the bulb.

P.S The reason that they want to know which benefit you're claiming is to abide with Ofgem rules..... I however doubt that they would ACTUALLY check.....
