Hi peeps, yipeeeeeeeee, managed to get my modem online after weeks of trying and numerous posts as you will have gathered by now, been using sniffer to find macs and traded for some but had no joy, only been keeping sniffer on for a short time as i'd read somewhere that it can flag up problems, but after being put right by sr20, i kept it on for a good few hours, managed to get 3 which started with 00:02, 00:04, and 00:08, out of about 70/80 macs. So i stuck the 00:08 one on and bang straight onto the net, wish i'd listened to all you guys who were touting thats its only the macs thats causing the probs, anyway thanks to all members who contributed to my posts, u know who you are, tell you what i can flash a modem in 10 secs with my eye's closed now lol, learned so much by making all these mistakes, so allin all a good outcome, im away to get pi**ed, cheers folks

Yes 00:08 are good so is 00:20 and 00:40 also some 00:0a and 00:0b.
Try them u will find they will prob all work if there from a diffrent ubr mate.
