for all fans of bbc prime on hotbird 11116/v/27500
this chn is not opening, it looks like a key or encryption change.
you can still view this chn: on 11662/v/27500/3/4 on hotbird
and it's still open on a number of other sats.

hi m8, it opens with tm patch and the dragon cam.
the bbc prime thats open on hotbird is part of the tps package
so it's closed with the key changes.
it's available on 7e with digiturk, 30w with d+ and i think it's still
on 16e. bbc has changed encryption to 2.5 on a lot of channels
and is not available yet.
