Default Kryptview went down but back up.

Just for peoples info, my kryptview along with friends, went down at 00.20am this morning. I reset to factory default and rescanned. It's back up now.

Should i be placing an order to have VM installed? lol

mine and others also went down at some point over last night, ive looked through and found some channels are still there though which is strange, the rest just say no or bad signal.

if you factory reset, doesnt that wipe the firmware off the box????

i have done a re-scan but still only certain channels are there.

In a word...NO
You should always do a factory reset on KVs when you load new firmware or before a fresh scan, dont worry you wont "wipe the firmware"

Yes you should if you want continued TV. Either that or look in to a motorised sat setup
