Freq is fine.

Stuck in tune on 4001 is common cos they're old and ****.

On DVB DEMOD page of eng menu, what is:
Tuner AGC
IF AGC
SNR estimate
Lock status?
Tuner AGC is 50%
IF AGC is 50%
SNR Estimate is db
And Lock Status says Unlocked

It does say Mute Err on the main page as well, Thanks for your help folks

Yeah it's not getting any signal to the tuner. Follow this guide:

Lock status should be locked if it's able to 'lock' the downstream to be able to decode the MPEG streams from it.

50/50 AGC (auto gain control) means either feed disconnected in cab, or tuner not seeing any signal to adjust the gain of.

SNR (signal to noise ratio) should be a number then dB. It has no number.
