Im going through it now dude, it says remove all caps marked red except the one marked R.... Im not seeing any R's lol, or am i just not looking hard enough, i dont have a multimeter by the way

If still no good, replace electrolytic caps C106, C325 and C323 on the top of the board...as per guide.
Use 100uF or 470uF 25v caps to replace those three. Make sure you put em in the right way round.
