Default net id with funcard?

Alright folks, i have been reading about but not really getting anywhere to be honest, now i have downloaded netIDv2.1, i have a di4010 in pure, this box was done about 5 months ago and was working fine ( i seen it myself).

The box is still on 3_6 software, re done card with shani hex but it just stays on tune and nothing appears to be happening. Ive pulled the red jumper and tried again without success. I then booted into the engineers menu to have a look, the net id is simply *****! Now im trying to set a net id using the funcard, but reading the readme file withing netid v2.1 it says to copy files into wordpad etc etc. But im kinda stuck. I just used infinity software, erased card, wrote exteep, inteep which i created with netidv2.1 and wrote flash (shani) but still nothing happening.

Any help appreciated

Regards

Yeah, you have some sort of tuner / related caps fault.. no need to set the NETID directly, fix the signal.

The siganl is fine, im using another box which works perfectly fine. The shani fix will work, my area is on 3_7, box is just on 3_6 and wont update at all.

I mean fix the signal in the box, not the feed.

What does the signal look like in the eng menu?

Set the right freq to match working box and signal level should look the same, regardless of whether the NETID is correct.

Box itself is fkd, which is why stuck in tune. There's no guide for 4010's so you'll be working blind.

On DVB DEMOD page of eng menu, what is:
Tuner AGC
IF AGC
SNR estimate
Lock status?
