bbc channels missing in the midlands

as of last night all bbc channels have gone missing.

I have rescanned my dbox but it is not picking them up.

Is there anything else I can try?

an aerial.....

or try image with bruteforce scan in case frequencies have changed, or slow scan......

What am I going to do with an Aerial?
I have got all other channels except BBC channels

ours went in merseyside two weeks ago.i re scanned and got them back.some channels,sky 1,british eurosport2 etc have dissapeared and refuse to come back ? any ideas there?
